The mnemonic : Azhar DFT's  Metro Establishment Cytes Did Value 34556 rupees .

Explanation : This mnemonic helps in remembering all the drugs definitely causing pancreatitis . The reference is from Sabiston's textbook of surgery 18th edition .

Azhar's = Azathioprine

Dangerous = Diuretics like Furosemide and Thiazides

Metro = Metronidazole

Establishment = Estrogen

Cytes ( sites ) = Cytosine arabinoside

Did = Dideoxyinosine

Value = Valproic acid

34556 rupees = 3 stands for Trimethoprim , 4 stands for Tetracycline, 5s stand for Pentamidine and 5-Aminosalicylic acid and 6 stands for 6-Mercaptopurine .

-- The above given drugs definitely cause pancreatitis, but it is important to remember that there is another group of drugs which are probable causes of pancreatitis and the list is as follows :

1. Phenformin
2. Isoniazid
3. L-Asparginase
4. Procainamide
5. Sulindac
6. Alpha - methyl DOPA
7. Acetaminophen

Pepsi Chief = Pepsinogen produced by Chief cells .

EnDs Somany = Endocrine cells ( D cells ) produce Somatostatin .

Highly InFluential Parties Oxydentally = HCl and Intrinsic Factor are produced by Parietal cells which are  also called Oxyntic cells .
